45th St Residence

The design for this residence is an extensive modern renovation to an existing home in Phoenix, Arizona.  Many of the walls were replaced with full height glazing to create a sense of indoor/outdoor space. The main entry is placed running through the middle of the home where the ceiling plane cuts through the home and extends into the backyard by a slatted trellis. A new pool and spa is situated in the corner of the property  and a roof deck occupies one of the roofs to capitalize on the views of Camelback Mountain
